New for this year is that Electronic World Cup is arranged during ParisGamesWeek. ESWC is covered in 150 countries and a meeting place for elite players and amateurs. October 21-25 are the dates for the eights edition of Electronic Sports World Cup. Gamers for all over the world will meet to determine who will become world champion. The disciplines are: Counter-Strike, FIFA II, TrackMania Nations Forever, Dota2 and Starcraft II® Wing of Liberty™. The winners will share a total of $ 200 000. The competitions will be held in Paris during ParisGamesWeek, the second largest gaming event in Europe with more than 150 000 visitors expected.
