How do I contact QPAD?
Use the form on this page. Your message reaches the QPAD team and we reply by email, so please double-check your email address. We handle product support, sales, collaboration, and press inquiries.
Where can I buy QPAD products?
QPAD products are sold through retailers, not directly on qpad.com. In the Nordics and the UK you'll find QPAD at Elgiganten (Denmark and Sweden), Elkjøp (Norway), Gigantti (Finland), and Currys (United Kingdom). Availability outside these markets may be limited.
Does QPAD sell or ship directly to customers?
No. QPAD does not run a webshop. Orders, shipping, and returns are handled by the retailer you bought from. For product help, technical questions, or warranty support, contact the QPAD team using the form above.
I need product support or troubleshooting. What should I do?
Start with the Support page, which has drivers, manuals, troubleshooting steps, and FAQs for keyboards, mice, mousepads, and mics. If that doesn't solve it, send us a message and include your product model and a short description of the problem.
How long does it take to get a reply?
Replies come by email from the QPAD team. Support questions are prioritized. Collaboration, press, and other inquiries are forwarded to the relevant team and answered when there is a fit, so you may not always receive a response.
How do I claim warranty or return a product?
Warranty and returns for a purchase are handled by the retailer where you bought the product. If you need technical help, or can't reach the retailer, contact QPAD support with your product model and proof of purchase and we'll help where we can.
