WAVE Model 3
Ultralight Triple Mode Wireless Gaming Headset
Focused play, steady control. The QPAD WAVE Model 3 is an ultralight wireless gaming headset that connects three ways, over 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.3 or a USB-C cable, and comes with two magnetic swap batteries in the box. Fifty-millimetre drivers handle the sound, and the boom mic clips off when you want a plain pair of headphones.

Triple Mode Connectivity: Switch between 2.4 GHz dongle, Bluetooth 5.3 and wired USB-C audio from the headset itself.
Two Magnetic Swap Batteries: Up to 80 hours (40 h + 40 h), and both batteries come in the box.
50 mm Drivers: Big drivers, wide range: 20 Hz at the bottom, 20,000 Hz at the top, in stereo surround.
Detachable Boom Mic: An omnidirectional microphone, foam cover included, and the earcup has its own mute button.
Ultralight: Around 296 g, made for long play sessions.
Protein Leather Cushions: Ear cushions of memory foam, clad in premium protein leather.
Aluminium Ear Forks: Aluminium alloy forks for durability.
2-in-1 Dongle: One 2.4 GHz dongle covers both USB-A and USB-C, so laptops and phones need no adapter.
Multi-Platform: Works with PC, PS5, Switch 2, iOS and Android; which features run depends on the mode.
Extra Earcaps: The box also holds a spare pair of earcaps in topographic design.

Swap Batteries. Never Stop.
40 h + 40 h: Two 800 mAh magnetic batteries come in the box, one fitted and one in reserve: up to 80 hours before you need a socket.
Swap in seconds: The spare clicks on with a magnet, so a dead battery takes seconds to swap rather than the evening.
Charge by USB-C: A full charge over USB-C takes roughly three hours from empty, and the headset stays usable while plugged in and charging.

Three Ways In
2.4 GHz: One dongle, two plugs: USB-C on one end, USB-A on the other, so a desktop, a laptop and a phone all take it directly.
Bluetooth 5.3: Link it with a tablet or phone for calls and music. Press the microphone button to pick up or hang up.
USB-C wired: Once the 1.6 m cable is connected, the headset moves over to wired audio on its own and charges as you play.

50 mm of Focus
50 mm drivers: Stereo surround sound in high fidelity, covering 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz with an impedance of 32 Ω.
Detachable mic: The boom mic picks up in every direction and wears a foam cover for clean team chat. Take it off and the headset looks like plain headphones.
Built to last: Ear forks in aluminium alloy, memory foam cushions covered in protein leather, and approx. 296 g of weight on your head.
FAQ
- Does the WAVE Model 3 play wirelessly?
- Yes. It runs on 2.4 GHz through the 2-in-1 dongle with USB-A and USB-C in the box, on Bluetooth 5.3, or wired via the USB-C cable, 1.6 m long. A double click on the power button toggles between Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz. Plug the cable in and audio goes wired by itself.
- What is the battery life?
- Up to 80 hours in total: two magnetic 800 mAh swap batteries at 40 hours each, one fitted and one in reserve. A charge over USB-C takes roughly three hours, and the headset stays usable while it charges.
- What platforms is the WAVE Model 3 compatible with?
- PC, PS5, Switch 2, iOS and Android. Whether sound, microphone and mute all work depends on the connection mode, the device and its system software, so look up your own setup in the manual's mode table.
- Is the microphone detachable?
- Yes. The boom microphone is omnidirectional, wears a foam cover, and slots into the earcup on the left; it unclips whenever you have no use for it. That same earcup also carries the mute button and the volume wheel.
- What is in the box?
- The headset, one 2.4 GHz dongle that is 2-in-1 with USB-A and USB-C, two batteries, a boom microphone that detaches, an extra set of earcaps carrying the topographic pattern, a braided cable from USB-C to USB-A measuring 1.6 m, plus the manual.
