By accessing qpad.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published here.

The Site is an informational marketing site operated by Qpad ApS. It presents product information for QPAD gaming peripherals. The Site itself does not sell products directly. Where you see "Buy at Elgiganten" or similar, you are linking to an independent retailer whose own terms and policies apply to your purchase.

We do our best to keep product information accurate and up-to-date, but we make no warranty that the content on the Site is complete, error-free, or current. Specifications, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or that defects will be corrected immediately.

The QPAD name, logo, product names, product photographs, page layouts, and original copy on the Site are owned by Qpad ApS or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use: including reproduction, redistribution, framing, scraping for training of machine learning systems, or modification: requires our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks (e.g. retailer logos) belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the retailer.

The Site links to external retailers, social platforms, and partner sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including denial-of-service attempts.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download substantial parts of the Site without permission.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qpad ApS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct loss arising from your use of the Site is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law: including, for consumers in the EU, statutory rights that protect you against gross negligence and intentional misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Danish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms or the Site. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

We may revise these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent change was made. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
